I'm importing some CD's into iTunes so my daughters iPod XMAS present will have some age-appropriate music in it when Santa gifts it to her.

For some reason, a couple of the CD's are not being recognized and thus the iTunes program isn't prompting me with the "Import CD" icon. What gives?

One of the CD's is brand new (Daniel Powter), and one is old (Coolio, only one song, though!).

Any advice??

 

go to my computer and see if its sees the CD. If so
just copy the song to your desktop and import it form there.
