Is there a CB/Electronics store in San Diego area. I need to have an antenna looked at or get a new one. Tip is busted...wire hanging out.

 

Did you check with a truck stop? They could probably help you out a good bit. Sounds like you need to get a new one, though.

Mud Shack on El Cajon Blvd is the only "CB shop". Frys, Radio Shack, and Truckin Stuff in El Cajon carry antennas.

Yeah, I just got a job so now I can afford to do some wheelin' trips with you guys again. Although it was nice being unemployed, the draw back was lack of $$....but I got to spend a lot of quality time with my kids.

I was really close to making the last one you guys had "smugglers cave", but I had to fix my wife car. I'm doing a Death Valley trip next week so hopefully it will be my 4x4'ing kickoff for 2006.
