I have searched and cannot locate any pics or threads on the dash speaker in a 79-83 first gen truck. Does anybody's truck have one installed from the factory? I'm just curious what the speaker size is and if it is available any where. I cannot see that my radio even has the correct wiring to add another speaker other than the 2 already in the doors. I found a fj60 under the dash speaker on cruiserparts but I cannot tell if it will mount in my truck. The bolt holes are exactly 8'' apart and they are offset some. I found a Aussie Holden HK speaker plate online and it appears to look like what i'm needing but no info on the distance between the mounting holes. Any help is appreciated.
