T100 Radio Problems
I tried to put my radio in my truck yesterday but it turned out to be a waste of time. I wired everything up and hit the switch. Nothing happened. So I unhooked just the ground and hot and straightwired them to the battery. The test light still said I wasnt getting any power. All fuses are good and the radio just came back from Pioneer checking out all good. The same thing happened with the stock radio but I thought it was just the radio. Any ideas why it would just not work like that?

are you getting 12volts at both the switched and constant leads? also are you testing on both sides of the plug? i have seen some plugs where they will get voltage on one side but not the other. and are you getting 12volts constant and switched from the vehicle? if you have the yellow and red twisted together and tap them to the battery positive then the black ground to the battery ground, does the radio power up?

I reran all my wires last and put my memory and hot together with a wire nut along with an extra wire and ran it to a toggle switch. Then I ran the switch to the battery and it came on. So today I'm gonna try to leave the hot on the toggle and run my memory straight to the batter to see if it still works so I can pick back up without the radio resetting everytime. Thanks for the help

It may but I'm not sure it doesn't have a bulb in it so when I get one I'll tell you for sure. I've had everything but my guage cluster tore down and I never saw a fuse there. Any idea where it might be under the hood?
