Stereo wont go on.

Recently my truck had some fuel system issues and blew some EFI fuses. And now the stereo wont go on. As far as i know my stereo has all its own wiring and isnt linked to any other wiring harnesses in the truck. The fuse that is near the battery on the main power wire for the stereo and the fuse in the amp look fine. What could the problem be?
Thanks,
Andy

System
Kenwood KDC-mp425
400 watt phoenix gold amp
10in 500watt max phoenix gold sub
and 2 6.5in memphis speakers

check the fuses behind the cd player like green91 suggests, also check the fuses in your driver's side kick panel... If the front 'dome' fuse went out under hood then you'd have more issues than just a nonplaying cd player.
