SPL and/or Lightning Audio amps - any good?
Hey, all-
Finished setup up the amps in the 4Runner. Now I want to run a 4-channel amp in the Camry. Since the Camry is a commuter and likely to be broken into, I don't want to spend a whole lotta money. I have a pair of Pioneer 5-ways in the back rated up to 400 watts. I'll be purchasing another pair of Pioneer components for the front. The Wal-Mart up the street from sells quite a few amp choices including Sony, Pioneer, and a couple of brand I haven't heard like SPL, Virtual Reality Sound Labs and Lightning Audio. The SPL amp (here ) claims to push 70 watts to 4 channels on a 4 ohm load all for $120. For the money, is this amp any good? I don't need top-of-the-line, but I don't want a waste of money, either.

lightning audio is made by rockford fosgate and I have owned them, so I can say first hand that I never had any problems with them at all. Actually, I would tell anyone with a small budget looking for decent sound to use them. good luck

He hit it on the head. Lightning is some what associated with RF. Lighting has some awsome ideas. They got interchangeable subs, magnet and surrond are changeable. Good Idea dont know if it works
