Pocket above/below radio?

In a 3rd gen 4Runner or a Tacoma with only a radio, is the pocket above or below the radio? I bought a kit from Walmart but it is only possible to install the pocket below the aftermarket CD player. If i get a factory Toyota pocket will it install in the top position?

All the toyotas I have seen have the pocket below, I don't think you can get it for on top because if it is a mannual you would shift into the radio.

the pocket is below the stereo. it is possible to install the stereo on the bottom though.

i am pretty sure that you can mount the pocket up top but im not 100% sure. i installed a custom inclinometer up top, but it was all a custom job

either way, it sounds like you need to buy the pocket so might as well experiment when you get it
