Its an a/d/s 8ch...here are the stats about it.. the same goes for my mono-block, the JBL 600.1...i will ask more questions after i get an understanding about these amps...thanks guys

you have alot of plans but your looking at two differces in spending. The ADS components are good, but are being bested by other brands in the simalar price catagory. The Dimaond Audio Hex rock (I run them, they are very clean, and get loud with the right wattage), also good are the rockford fordfosgate RF componets are decent, Rainbow seperates rock, and of course the focal utopia are great. But they all need power. You need a strong amp that puts out what it is supopsed to put out. None of thoes crap amps like lanzar that say 1000 watts but only put out 300. I recomend the following amps for you componets, any eclipse, that new brand focal distrubites (forgot the name, but they are bult like tanks), if you can fit them in your install the new Rockford Power amps are very underrated (big power out of a lower claimed wattage. My amp said 1000 out put was like 1314 watts.), or the Diamond Audio amps.

The big thing is always price, you gotta pair up quality with quality.

Angry amps...

So you would agree with the gentleman I spoke with that i need to sell both of these amps?

Is it fair to say that if I hypothetically bought One multichannel, that I wouldnt need a mono sub amp to power the sub?

What do you guys think I could sell the a/d/s amp for?
" " the JBL amp for?

I will hopefully be able to post up a picture of the amount of space i will be craming a new amp in supposibly...

The ADS would go for way more than the JBL. I would guess almost $200+ but you can barley get anything for the JBL maybe $100 or less

Next Question

Thanks for the replys about the amp situation, I have figured it out. I will be keeping the a/d/s and selling the JBL. I am looking into buying the MTX 81000d.
My next question is regarding sound dampening. Has anybody on the board dampened their 90-94 extended cab pickup??? If so, i need to know how many square feet i will need to do the trucks floor, doors, and possibly cieling. I need an approx. WITH and WITHOUT the cieling....

Thanks and Does anybody live in or around the Bay Area, CA to help recomend to me a place to get my new compnants when i get them, installed???

You should shoot for 50-75 ft of sound deadening.... and I'd install the speakers yourself. If you really take your time and deaden your doors with 20 or more square feet you'll thank yourself later- it makes your mids sound MUCH better
Peel and Seal seems to work well, I used Second Skin.... great product, but not cheap

thanks, i have found a couple products out there like brown-bread, B-Quiet, Cascade Audio, Dynamat, Secondskin....i think i am gonna get the B-Quiet stuff...here is the LINK So if i were to buy 100ft of this stuff, id have enough for 20 sq. feet on each door, the floorboard, and the headliner???

I fu**ed up on my last install with the door panels...i didnt cut them correctly. Should I salvage them and use the correct tool to make them more attractive? (which tool do the pro's use?) or should i buy new ones... does anybody know where to buy new door panels??
