has anyone had any experience with these?. someone i know can get pretty good deals on these. How do they compare to JL and other car audio brands? Thanks!

 

I have an Image Dynamics sub that I purchased not too long ago. I love it. I'm running 1 12" IDQ in a .88 sealed enclosure. This thing plays loooooooow and very accurate. Get one...you won't regret it!

 

Image Dynamics got it's birth from Sound Competitions back in the day. Great stuff! Not sure about the current Soundstream stuff, but the old stuff was pretty good. A buddy of mine ran the Soundstream stuff in his Pathfinder that he competed with on a national level.

 

They're both top-flight brands amd make excellent equipment.
