Goodbye Texas!

Well, it was really cool meeting you guys at Barnwell. Wish we could have wheeled together a couple more times before I left the state, but I landed the job I was trying to get in Greenville, SC and my first day is July 19th. So things will be a bit hectic trying to get the house ready for sale and getting the movers all set to pack up and move our stuff. the best thing is, the company is paying for all realty fees and closing costs for selling and buying a new home and also for the prof. movers to relocate me. pretty good deal. that's not all but I don't feel like getting into the specifics. the most important stuff is paid for so that's good! haha. Any way, my pops got the videos from Barnwell put on 3 CDroms in .mpg format so I'll try to make copies for all the attendees and get them to you before I skip town. if I don't get them to you then I'll mail them from Greenville. I'm out of town right now, which explains why I haven't been on the forum since last week. Once again, you guys a a cool bunch, even the 2 isuzu guys I met.

J.

Congrats Keisur and good luck in SC, I'm sure we'll meet up again someday maybe at a jamboree or something if you stay a 4runner owner.

Hey Jay - Great News on the Job!!

Now that you've come over to the dark side (the East Coast ) we should be able to meet up on a wheeling trip sometime. Texas was a bit too far of a hike...

Congrats again!

I might not end up too far from you in the near future. We are looking into moving to Tennessee. Lots of good spots to wheel out there.

Glood luck J

Cool, give me a shout when you do, we'll wheel. sounded funny. plus I could use a good spotter, you're one of the best I've seen. I guess the Zu's will be glad to have me out there, haha. just kidding.

haha, you know the feeling too eh?!

Yea, we'll have to put a couple wrenches to your rig and get it hooked up for the trails. I'll be over there in a flash to do the work for you free if you need it.

if you're lucky I will. There's alot the wife and I never got to do around this area so it's likely we'll make the trip once. Probably get a flat bed and tow the '98 out with the '03 when we do. but that'll be a while from now.

I guess I forgot to say what kind of job. I'll be a design engineer working on widescreen TV picture tubes for Hitachi. It's great to finally be working again!

thanks! great meeting you too.

I still have some pics from the run at Barnwell of you that I can't email to you, I think your email service sends them back because they're too big.

Talking Tellico

How far will you be from Tellico, it's in Murphy, NC? You should be up for a road trip this fall...too bad you didn't move sooner and you could come this weekend, July 9-11. Anyway, thanks for the gear advice too!

I'll be up there this week but not in the 4Runner, they're flying the wife and I out for a 3-day house hunting trip.

It's only 132 miles, looks like I may frequent that place alot! haha!
