How do you start a poll? Help please!

Does anyone no how to start a poll. I never did this, but want to start doing one. please help.

when you open a new thread, go all the way to the botom of the page and you will see a box with 'post a poll' option. Click that and you will be on your way.

He has to be a contributing member first. You'll have to donate 10 bucks to the site, then you can do it.
