All day, my ads By Google on the site has been screwed up. Rather than aligning horizontal, and looking normal, its been going verticle, and making posts un-readable. Its a little annoying.

Didn't know if someone spoofed up the code, or if its just me?

I've noticed that too. Sometimes they show up in the middle of a long thread toward the bottom. I'm just glad those roll over ads are gone.

Thats wierd, have not had that problem yet.

 

Have not seen that here either, but I have forwarded this thread so it can be looked into.

 

the ads are blocking some lines and i can't even get a phone number out of my PM box.

 

I still dont see any ads at all. I am using the latest firefox and thats it.

 

it pisses me off enough to leave the site forever.

 

Like I mentioned above, it will be looked into.
I would imagine the coders here do not work weekends, so they will not get my email until Monday.
Then they can look into it.

If the ads are dropping down as in Steve's screenshots, it is probably a line of code.

Strange how many of us though do not see that happening, even without a pop up blocker.

Make sure you have the latest Windows updates for IE 6 or 7, or the latest Firefox update if you are running Uncle Bill's OS.

 

Get firefox and the ad block add-on. No more ads...

 

Its still there for me, and I just was looking from my buddies computer, and it showed the same thing.

I did notice that the dropdown ads have disappeared. Thank god. Best/smartest thing they have done.

 

ooooo, I feel so special! The google ad at the top just glitched down like that on my screen too. First time.

Yep that ad. I just blocked the script. No harm, no foul.
