Winch mount plate for ramsey winch

Im re-doing my custom from bumper, and adding my winch onto it now. I have the whole bumper done except the winch mount. I decided what i would like to do so that i have the holes pre-drilled, and the mounting for the fairlead pre-made, i would like to get a winch mount plate from something then just weld that down to the bumper that i already have in the works. I cannot seem to find it anywhere though, it would need to be of 3/8" plate i would think, and have pre-drilled holes for a Ramsey REP-6000 winch, and have the mounting for a hawse fairlead. If somebody possibly has an old bumper or pushbar with a plate like this, i would be willing to take it off your hands, or is there anybody here that would be able to make one, or would know where i could get one?

Assuming your winch has a fairly standard mount, Budbuilt makes exactly what you are looking for, for only $30-$40 depending on width, check it out:
