tube bumper build
Just starting welding about a year ago, im only 18 and this is my first ever real fab job on the runner. All the pipe is sch.40 1.75" inside diameter, i know i know hrew or dom. I couldn't justify spendinng $300 for 21ft of tube i would most likely f up. I just got tired of people cutting me off and pulling out in front of me and i figured this would help 
Was short on time so some the pics jump around.

Still gotta get it powder coated and maybe some lights. And everything was cut by oxy acetelene and plasma. I tigged the root and migged the cover passes and bent the pipe with that harbor freight bender. By the way that bender can do it but it will dent the pipe and is sketchy ass hell to use if your doing big pieces of pipe
