shackle tabs on TJM

Has anyone welded tabs for shackles on their TJM bumpers? If so, pics would be great, I just ordered my bar and hope to get it by next week!

I know it's been talked about several times, but I'm not sure if anyone has actually done it yet.

A search might yeild more info.

I don't know if mine are shackles, But I've got bolt on D-rings. They've held up pretty well

Steve Schaefer and BruceTS have both welded tabs for d-ring shackles.

are those tabs welded to the bottom of the bumper mounting brackets or directly to the frame? i see quite clearly enough but I do like the placement of them.

When I added a 1 1/2" RB BL, I needed to cut and relocate the bumper mounts an 1" higher, I also added in more bracing for lateral pulls and welded Rockstomper shackle hangers. The frame mount also needs to be braced and re-welded. I've pulled several vehicles out and haven't had any problems. Yesterday at work, I pulled a flatbed truck with a load of sandbags, that was stuck in a sandy area of our jobsite. It was funny watching my little 4Runner pulling this guy out, in crawl gear fully locked spinning all 4 wheels, but I did manage in the end to yank him free Guys at work were laughing about it this morning and a few still couldn't believe I actually got him free. I guess seeing is believing
