i rolled mine and it was about the same roof damage. a little work with a port-a-power and some 4x4's and she was windshield worthy again. not the best pic but you can see the wrinkles. and the sunroof sealed up good after a little hammer and channel lock work.

Well my friend was driving at night on a dark rainy dirt road he hit a huge boulder that blew out my right side ifs stuff, it points to the right bad when the wheel is straight so im going to find some spare parts and if that dont work then a solid axle is next, It looked perfect no dents at all before this happend, laaaaaaaaammmmmeeeeeeee! anyways I bought an 87 pickup to drive in the mean time, I just want to get a window in there and wheel the piss out of it!

3.0? Depending on the motor your 4runner has, would determine wether its worth it or not. I would scrap it, or find a runner with a blown HG and completely swap the body/cab.
OR you could put a tarp over it for the winter, and bring it back out in the spring and make it a convertable, then wheel the piss out of it, just dont roll it again.

cut the roof off rollcage it, plexi glass for a windshield screwed into the rollcage should be all you need to drive to where you plan to wheel

Mine flopped and I wasnt able to get a windshield in it either. I finally put a polycarbonate window in this weekend and it worked amazing. I got abrasion resistant polycarbonate and riveted it in. It cost me $255 for the "AR polycarb" but it is worth it, its so tough that I could barley scuff it with sand paper and the rain beads right off of it. I went with 3/16" thick and it is perfect.

Here is a link to my page, I'll have pics of the window up tomorrow.
