Plasma Cutter recomendations needed...

I know this is an old post but information dosen't get old...
We have a TD Cut 50 and 52 & a Hypertherm 1500? (Maybe 1200), All work great in the shop. I have used a Demo Miller 375 that we took to KOH last year and with minimal power it did a fantastic job cutting .25 plate. I love everything ESAB makes and you can get their smaller machines (550 & 650) on Ebay for under $850...BTW, My info says ESAB invented the plasma cutter.

I fix welders and plasma cutters for a living. In my opinion, Hypertherm makes the best plasma cutter hands down!! The reliability and quality is just there. Miller makes a decent machine but they don't compare to the Hypertherms.

Yeah i love my Powermax 45, Miller welders all the way but when it comes to Plasmas Hypertherm is the way to go.
