New rear bumper

I couldn't find what I was looking for so I build one, hitch, winch mount, swing out for spare and hi-lift. Still have a couple things to finish it but I'll run like this for a while.

Yep, nice one indeed! PO had after-market bumper installed on mine and it blocks access to spare tire lift mechanism, so looking for solutions. hope to find one local to So Cal.

Looks good! Can't wait to see more photos and details of how you put it together.

This is exactly the bumper I want. Stupid Central Valley has no decent fab shops that I can find so far.

thanx. I didn't snap many but here are a couple. It's 3/16ths cut from plate using a Milwaukee saw. Lots of little pieces. The hinge is a 3/4" bolt with 3"x1" seemless w/sleeves from home depot

Hinge. drilled bolt head for safety wire. Nut is welded inside bumper

swingout. Got sloppy when marking/drilling holes. Main beam 2x2x1/8, uprights 1.5x1.5x1/8

warped the swingout pretty bad when welding the foot for the jack and had to cut the main beam and weld in back together
