I don't know how this worked out, but out of two sticks of steel this is all that was left. I didn't plan it but it worked perfect!

Learning how to weld is one of the best things you can do. It's great to get an idea in your head and be able to make it reality!

That was pure luck! The length of the trailer was based on the frame and gas tank, the width was based on the stock bed mounts and the height is determined by the side panels I picked up for free. It's really crazy how it worked out!

Thanks! The goal is to have the same wheels and tires as the truck has (35's). I doubt that I'll have the money for wheels and tires for a while, I hope for next Spring.

Thanks Scotty! How much of a PITA was it for you to plate your small homebuilt trailer? From what I've read it seems pretty simple but I know how the DMV can be, do you have any tips or advice?

why the 2" receiver in the rear???

is this a sleeper? or just for hauling the goods?

should have made it long enough to string a hammock hahaha

maybe run the gas tank to a small generator?

Awesome, and yep I subscribed, looking forward to the progress.
Seems like you might end up with some a little like Scotty's trailer build , but bigger
