Got the Winch today. It's going to be fun getting it on the front of my Runner.

I should have them back some time next week, maybe.

Here’s a picture of the twins at Zuk’s. Aren’t they just the cutest?
Whats going to be so special about them?

What he said, plus Zuk (gearinstalls.com) takes the time to get the gear pattern perfect. Most shops just get it close and call it good. Zuk takes the time to do it right. A perfect gear pattern means STRONG.

Update:

Got my rear axle modified (still need to drill and tap the long studs) for the elocker. Still need to do the front axle housing.

Got the MTR’s mounted on the 15x8 Cragar wheels with 10 oz of BB’s in each. They look kind of small. I think I’m going to need some 38’s (my axles are built for them). I’ll see after I get the new front and rear springs on and they settle some.

It looks like next weekend will be rear spring conversion weekend.

I purchased a leaf sprung axle tube from a pickup in hopes it would save some time and work. Did yours suck mostly because of the brackets on the axle tube or just suck altogether?

How long would you say it took you to just do the rear (without cutting the brackets off your axle tube)?

He's doing dual's, 4.7's and 30 longs. The works. He still needs drive shafts and stuff.
