There has to be a fab shop close to where you live.

Draw what you want only you know just what your needs are get a few prices .

Post the drawings up here as well.

Not much demand for T100 after market.

The thing that makes it hard is the T100 is a odd ball as far as compared to other vehicles.

How far out in Eastern Va? Iron Pig in Fredericksburg does good work. Years ago I had a very basic skid plate mad out of flat 1/4" aluminum at a basic metal / fab / welding shop (it wasn't a vehicle specific place). I gave the measurements, they cut and folded it.

It is pretty sad when you have the Truck in question and are unable to measure it yourself.

Then you might be unable to get under the truck for some reason in that case you have no friends that can read a tape measure.

Just what did you want in the this skid plate a complete covering that extends to past the transmission crossmember ??

One that has the needed holes to change the oil ??

Maybe just drop the whole thing for any type of service.

Only you know what you want or need.
