I have had a few people ride back ther with no problems. and the headrest is still there and moves up and down. It really isn't much diffrent than a lot of trucks.

I tested the ears above the B-pillar that I put on to hopefully stop it if I flopped. They saved the majority of it. The front fender got some damage, but that isn't a big deal.

You can see the cage holding it the best in this pic.

And the damage. The B-Pillar damage was already there.

It is pretty much the same. My wife and I had our first child this summer, so all of my time and money has went to home improvements. Hopefully next summer I will get out more.

A flat bed would be sweet. Look forward to seeing the pics once you get it done.

I have to say I have never been a fan of chopping but you definitely made this look amazing! The way you made it all seamless is probably the best part...it looks like it actually belongs...and that is what makes the difference in these kind of projects! Good job man, congrats on your baby and keep on wheelin'!

The most difficult part was making an exact mirrored replica of the first bar. It involves a lot of think about it, eyeball it, measure, remeasure, think about it again, eyeball it, bend it.

The bar that goes from inside the cab near the windshield, over the top, down the back, through the back bed area is one piece and took the longest of it all.
