None right now. I have been trying to install a tcase brake, but the flange nut for the rear shaft is stuck. I have tried every possible method to remove it with no luck. I have a feeling I won't have a tcase brake unless my output shaft breaks.

This is exactly what I have been wanting to do to my 91 4runner! You did a great job with this fab! Any advice, little tricks, or suggestions? Sweet build all together!

I ran into very few problems. My only recommendation is that you measure 3 times for everything and for every cut leave a few extra inches and slowly cut in as you keep checking it.

I'm liking the way you put the latch in as the rear window! I was thinking of just cutting off the roof, and somehow find a soft top to keep out of the elements. I've build many stock cars so fab'ing in the rear hatch is possible. How long did this faze of the build take you? I used to live in Vail Colorado! I would love to get back out there once my rig is completed!

The rear seats are the exact same as they used to be and any bars that are back there are tight against the seats. The one pic is a little deciving

Your rig has got to be the sickest thing I've ever seen. I love the cage and I haope you don't mind if I steal a couple of your ideas. I love the cage however in one of the pics (inteior from the driver side door) the cage looks like it would reall get in the way of getting in and out. Is it a problem?

It isn't the easiest thing to get in and out of, luckly I'm skinny and you learn how to jump in it and I don't even notice it anymore. Many people go through the dash to eliminate that problem, but you loose an air duct and with the doors off you sometimes need all the heat you can get.
