IRIBIS does fantastic work.
Rockware may also be able to give you what you want. They are a rover place, but do custom work. (http://rockware.net/toy.html)
Also look at Armorology (http://www.armorology.com/) Although, Armorology usually wants to have your vehicle in house, so that may not be feasible depending on where you live.
FYI, look to be paying upwards of $1k for all of those.

i searched far an wide. irbis is the only place that will ship a rear bumper, as far as i found. why? nobody knows. you can get an ARB, or TJM (shrockworks once they start makin 'em) shipped anywhere you want, but they won't ship rears, go figure.

Depending on where you live (shipping) you might want to look up Jeff Kelson at http://www.badlandbumpers.com Jeff does good work. All the armor on my 94 truck was built by him and his guys.

Shipping is a pain in the ass. ARB, TJM, etc, have a whole customer service department for folks to call and get help with products that don't fit exactly. A shop like those listed above have a few guys working. No one has the time to sit on the phone for hours trying to tell someone how to bolt on.
Every truck is different. Sometimes bumpers bolt right on, other times they don't.
Plus, a bumper with a tire carrier will run 1000-1500 dollars. I'd be willing to bet that VERY few people here want to pay that much for a bumper.
So why bother? These shops offer great work, but its custom. If they made a bunch of bumpers to ship, they'd just sit on the shelf.

www.badlandbumpers.com makes a very stout tube one for 1st gen Runners. I suspect it will work on 2nds as well.

I got the Irbis bumper in the spring: can say the following
-At the time he had one more to sell after I bought mine with little hope of making more.
-The bumper fit well after I used a plasma cutter to get the holes right
-The thing is ultra stout and weighs well over 100lbs
-It comes spray painted, I sandblasted it and powder coated it
-Expect shipping to run 250.00+
-Good product

Uh yeah... Here are some pictures of the one that Jeff Kelson built on my existing Badland Bumpers rear tube bumper:
The tires on my truck and the spare are 31" ProComp MT's in the first pic. 37" MTR's in the second pic.

Check out this link. They are located in GA. I have never used or seen any of their products, but it is a rear tire carrier.

but i understand the points about customer service, and most people being morons that don't know how to do a little modding to their vehicle to make something work.
i guess i need to break out the old welding mask, and hone my skills, since I don't think any of these other guys are on the east coast.
