Finally warm enough for some paint. Now it's back in black





Mission accomplished, now it just needs a good test run somewhere...

wow thats amazing....just curious, but were you making it to look like an arb? thats a very impressive fab job, and the paint looks great. howd you get it painted?

Yeah, I was modeling it after an ARB...its not an exact copy, but I really like the ARB look and not the ARB price being a college student so being an engineering major I made one. The paint is just epoxy spray paint, nothing special. The idea is that this will make it easier and cheaper to touch up than powder coating or more expensive paint. All in all, there is about $200 in materials in this project, and I am very happy with the results. Now I just need to find another project...sliders maybe?
