Ok, so the w56 in my 85 4runner is in pretty bad shape (jumps out of reverse severly, and 5th gear is completely not there, it's more like neutral than 5th) I have found a auto tranny for pretty cheap and was wondering what was involved in doing a manual to auto swap. Shifter location? Computer electronics? Even worth it or rebuild or find a new 5 speed? I need some advice. Thanks
