I'm gonna have to pass on this one. I just remembered my boys are selling tickets for Scoutarama Saturday. Bummer, I was looking forward to this one, too. Take some good pictures.

That's to bad... but family first. There will be other runs soon plus I am sure we will hit 404 again... at least I will.

Rio Verde = Dynamite.
Basically, take 101 North to the Pima/ Princess exit (Exit 36) and head North on Pima. Eventually you'll hit the Dynamite intersection which is a traffic light. Go East on Dynamite and eventually you'll crest a hill. I beleive at this point Dynamite changes name to Rio Verde. Just keep heading East and look for 144th street, go left. There is a turning lane for 144th, and a dirt lot just at the corner.
That's the meeting spot.

Nice. Buggy's virgin run. "Will It Fit" should work out the kinks pretty well.
The buggy is streetable... right?
404 ends at Bartlett and then one would have to drive back to 144th street on asphalt to get their trailer. I think you could leave the trailer either at the 144th meeting spot or take it down 144th to where the actual trail begins.

I can lead you back at the end, but I am guessing at that point you'll have a pretty good feel for the area. It wouldn't be that hard to find.

Rover is not stock, it sits on 33's. We just put a new bumper on the front which radically improves the approach angle.
I got the Bee Gee's album and my bell bottoms ready to go

Looking forward to seeing that beefed up Disco as well. Seems like we will have a wide variance of vehicles this run.

No FJ. No sliders on it...and I just got it last week so I am still working on breaking it in.
Infact I am just riding with Steve...again. yeah yeah...but in a couple weeks I will have my pickup ready for the season.
I will be leading a run to Hackberry Creek, Saturday October 13 - put that on your calendar. If you havent been out there (oak flats/near superior) its a real nice area. Lots of scenery and some good trails.
See you tomorrow.
