AZ road trip

Hey everyone some people i know want to go to the coke ovens in May, I have never been there so i would like to get as many people i can to come and have a good time. Since no body i know, knows how to get there Im hope someone that has been there can lead us there. Id like to take a trail thats not to hard because there will some stock trucks going but also want to have some fun hills to play on. We are planning to go May 22 (Sunday) so plz let me know if you can make it! Thx

I'm thinking it's going to be pretty darned hot out there by late May. Yes, there is the river nearby but still... I'll pass. If you go have fun but be careful and watch hydration, both your's and the rig's.

AZ in May. You never know. It could still be nice out but it could also be 110*. Plan it and play it by ear.

Hey Mike S. - I've emailed my friends who go out there all the time, and Bill said he needed to "talk it over with his wife" BUT I know her and she should be down to go. Bill knows that area like no one I've ever known to know any trails anywhere. As soon as I hear back from them I'll let you know. Even if they don't want to go, I'd be willing to roll out there with you guys, I've been there a few times but its been a few years. Last time I went though my truck was pretty much stock so I'm sure we can make a great day out of it!

I'll keep you posted
