havent decided, probably the 14in 5150s. If money were no object id get the 17 inch travel 9100s (BLING BLING !) ,

but they'd probably be a little overkill, and $600 per pair. Id need a custom 4link setup to get THAT much travel . Gonna have to convert the mounting system b/c they (the 5150s) only come in eye/eye setups.

Dang those coils are HUGE, that's a huge difference. Can't wait to see her sitting level again, and puring once that 7M fires up. Keep it going.

Damn, those are some coils if Ive ever seen coils... riiiight...

Looking good, but... shouldn't you be more worried about having something happen when you turn the key instead of suspension? Just wondering whats going on with the powerhouse!?

problem with the motor is getting ahold of the harness for the ECU/engine management. Seems like we've been waiting for 3 months to get ahold of one. Finishing up the suspension while the truck is out of commision anyway.

Ah, I see... makes sence. So your not going hard core and wiring up your own harness!??

Try some strut compressors, They go on the outside of the spring instead of the middle. But then you do have to turn two bolts instead of one.

pictures of the rear springs, now its time for longer links. Big thanks to andrew(minidisc) and chris(sportjr) for helping me get the springs switched out. I couldnt have done it alone.

as you can see here the link angle is pretty extreme. longer links will slightly alleviate this.

also time for that body lift to come out, as soon as i get electricity in the truck again.

It still seems as though those AP springs need to settle out alot to get level with the rear. It is still a bit angled. Where's that bumper, any closer to Raleigh, I figured since they sent you the wrong one they might as well ship the new(correct) one twice as fast. <---ARB

heres a pic of a guy ive been talking to, he has 4in allpro fronts, ome860 rears, and allpro links. he said its easy to get the front leaves to fully compress even without a bumper and winch, but then again his leaf springs are a year old and fully broken in.

he also kept his 2in body lift. . . so mine should end up just slightly lower than his in the end
