Bought a White 86 4Runner lastnight in Boone

it has a busted timing chain

gonna pick it up next week and then i post some pics and stats!!

 

how many miles? is it rusty? and are there any mods done to it?

 

STOCK..............very minor surface rust on the rear body, no frame rust, busted washer lever off column, 5 spd, somesorta rear rock type bumper

talked to dude about 5 mins ago and gonna pickup tomorrow night!!!!!!! now i need a trailer

 

what are the plans, or do u have any yet?

 

DD or atleast thats what i should use it for........... you know 4" with 33's

I dont have a trailer for ya but you can rent a dolly from Uhaul.

i busted 5 front PS wheel studs the other day?? not very pretty while driving down the road
got the FJ running just needs a battery
the 1st gen is at a race shop gettin some work done -- actually just gettin it running.

i got too much crap going on in my yard, atleast the boat is in the shop.......

 

Timing jumped and the pistons chased the valves and crushed them......

Having the engine and head rebuilt by a local race motor builder he says it will be good for another 250,000.......

It will be 4Sale soon after i fix the minor rust and the motor is finished
