Speaking of pick-n-pulls, the one in Rocklin accused me of stealing my own tools from their yard last weekend! F*** that place, the one in Rancho is better.
I'm thinking about going back on sat and demanding my $2 back if anyone cares to join

any of you guys have experience dropping trannies and doing clutch work in a driveway? looks like it needs to come off in order to get my clutch working again.

yep, i also have a tranny adapter for a jack. but i dont have the right size jack for it. I can bring it by your place if you want to try to use it.

do you know what is wrong with the clutch, or are you going to just replace the friction and pressure plates

actually, i was able to get it fixed yesterday. think clutch plate was stuck to flywheel. though that my original 5-6 attempted starts with the truck stuck in gear would have broken it free, but it needed 2 more attempts after it sat in the sun. so no need to pull the tranny anymore...now the truck just needs to get some dirt on it again.
