I'm glad you think so too. There used to be some nice ones in the NW too, but I hear they've started using salt on the roads when it snows. When I was growing up in Hood River they'd just use sand and gravel. A broken windshield once in a while, but it was better than rust.

Yeah this is how my trail rig turned out, i'm glad it wasnt the blue one

I got it cleaned up a little better i redid some interior stuff and i'm gonna use the extra steel from the bed bob (on the trail rig) to replace that rust hole then get her painted up with oem paint.
The 22r is in a downward spiral so i'm considering swapping in a 3.4 l v-6 from the newer taco's
I havent seen salt on the roads yet but sometimes it gets real slick and i wish they did salt.
How's the runner?

no salt in oregon yet.. just some de-icer crap that kills the paint on anything it sits on too long... especially wheels lol... but they are talking about switching to salt when it gets really realy cold (under 20 degrees since the de icer is ineffective at that temp) but still the "de-icer" other than that :-)
