TJM (big, corprate TJM of America) is an awesome companywith amazing service.

A while back I had sent a request to the main email in-box wanting to know if I could get some TJM promotional decals to put on my truck, toolbox, whatever.

The guy got back to me, said sure then I waited, and waited. 3 weeks after I sent another email thinking they blew me off. Turns out they were mailed, but must have been lost in the mail.

This is the great part, the guy says, "I will send some more but I will send them UPS so this does not happen again". How many places will ship you something UPS for free?

Then, the package arrives, its a box, kind of odd for stickers... Inside is 2 huge ones, 2 medium ones, 4 small ones, 2 with slogan and logo, and A TJM BASEBALL HAT! On top of all the stickers, they sent me free TJM hat to boot!

That is what I call customer service! I sent them back a big thanks with an attaced image of my 4Runner at Wellville in the dirt too!

Impressive. It is so rare to encounter quality customer service anymore, especially from the big companies. I have sent e-mails to several places and I never hear a word back.

 

I also had a good experience with TJM. They shipeed the wrong wings for my T-15 but did a bang up job of making it right.

Good Company, Good product!

 

I know, it seems like they stop varing after they gat your money. Optima batteries, aro you hearing this?
