Holy Crap PP Customer Service Sucks! My first call to get Info and see if the stuff was in stock First it takes for ever to get someone to pick up the phone, then Guy was eating something so I couldn't understand him... I ask is it in stock? His reply yea aaahh I think so... Long pause... Me You want to check???? aaahhh I (Munch) Can... Can I (chew chew) put you on hold? Me Yeah....
Yep we got everything in stock... Kewl I order it online... I couldn't take the chewing to order it on the fone.

I placed the order, get thank you e-mail, then next day get order status e-mail, then next day get another order status e-mail. I check Status, this is what I see for days now...Packing slip printed (05/23/06) I call today wait 10 mins to talk to someone to wait on hold for 12 mins to get... hmm not sure why it hasn't shipped from the warehouse.... long Pause cuz I thought he'd have more to say... Can you check with them?... Ahhh I sent them an e-mail he replies... well how long till you know what is going on... Ah fifteen to a half an hour... So now I wait to call back to sit on hold for parts I won't see till I after I needed them to show up, so I could install them before my trip to Vermont.
I'm really irritated with them rite now!

 

Update I called back they found my order and they are going to ship it 3 day select. I'm alot less irritated with them know, but next week gonna be a bizzy one.
