Toyota of Des Moines sucks
I got a flyer in the mail for one of Toyota's "buy back" events. Not interested in that, but did like the $12.99 Express Lube oil change coupon that came with it. I stopped in this afternoon for said oil change.
Service Advisor: It would be about 90 minutes.
Me: I thought your express lube was like 29 minutes or less?
SA: Yes, but this offer isn't guaranteed. If you want the guarantee, it will be more.
Me: Even though the coupon says EXPRESS LUBE on it?
SA: Umm, well, we're really swamped.
Me: Bye.
I'm going to send the coupon back to the service manager and tell him what he can do with it.

Toyota of Des Moines
Recently my son washed his load of laundry. What a great kid! The only problem, he washed my car keys that had my keyless remote attached.
The remote was trashed, I went to the dealer to see about a replacement. Not only the dealer replaced it, they even programmed the new remote.
The manager said, Jonathan you are a good customer( I have bought 4 Toyotas from over the years).
Thats my good dealer story of the day.
