It's good to know the folk's over at Nitrous Enterprises have a sense of humor about all of this:
So, is this an April Fools joke? My guess is yes, but will assume no just in case.
April 1st, 2005.Å Boy, where to begin these days?!?Å We cant thank all of you enough for your belief and encouragement in our products.Å There are a lot of surprises on the way from NE that will soon be introduced to the general public as the R&D has run its course.Å If you want a REAL solution to your pan hard bar, just shoot us an email.Å If you are looking for rear lift via sweet 6" lift coils for your 4Runner and want to remove your coil spacers, email us there as well.Å We have some magazine shoots on the horizon and are extremely excited for what the future holds...just slow down on those orders please!!!Å Ok, disregard that, we will find a way to fill every single order as well as ensure your belief in us.Å Thanks again, our dream continues.

Wow, I didn't know the entire story behind NE, and now I do. Thanks for that, I'm appalled now.

i think i'll resort to walking/biking, because if that many more people are running their parts, i sure as hell don't want to be on the roads (death traps!) with them. i particularly liked the pictures i saw of a spacer that had chipped and looked like coconut shreds.

I AM NOT MUSTANGSALLY. I believe mustangsally=kickaha .. and I will soon clarify that in their thread as well.

Yes, mustangsally = kickaha. This was mentioned in the "main" thread as well. Mustangsally = kickaha on T4R as well. I tried to register as Kickaha, but the registration got messed up.
I recall the same thing happening on T4R. NE got banned from YT, they moved on to T4R, Thai said they could stay there as long as they behaved themselves, they didn't and got banned there as well.
It's kind of interesting that people insist on learning the hard way. And it's kind of interesting that, given a choice of buying a lift from a company with a good reptutation or a company with a bad reputation, someone would knowingly choose the company with the bad reputation.

yes, and i love how they are "skeptical" about the warnings, but not about the company/products/etc.
yep ... you = mustangsally for the same reason that r0cky = 4route at t4r.org and some other forums where "r0cky" is already taken.

Has anyone emailed the site to Advantage Nissan in Bremerton? Apparenlty he is using them to whore out stuff.
Rocky;
Can I offer a suggestion. Please do not take this personally it is only a suggestion. To make yourself more credible and appear less to react upon emotion try this:
1)Don't delete your posts.....EVER (if you are not sure you want to send out the info - don't hit submit) Deleting your posts makes people think that the info you posted might not be true or could damage you later and that is why you deleted it.
2)Wait atleast a day to respond to someone's posts about you or NEs product. You are obviously emotionally charged when Anthony posts and respond very quickly. Give some time for people to defend you and speak out against NE. It doesn't always have to be your voice. Responding to every comment also makes the thread very cluttered and difficult to read.
Please don't take this personally, you have been here a lot longer than I. This is just something I have noticed. Remember, you have told your story, you have nothing to prove.
Sincerly,

Sorry for the long delay. The initial time spent creating the Beware of Nitrous website took time away from other projects I needed to get back to.
For those STILL following this, there is a new article up on the website that takes a detailed look at their choice of materials for the shock re-locators. In particular, it looks at why the stainless re-locators are rusting and the strength of the stainless steel they chose to use. You can find it here:
http://www.buyerbeware.ws/index.php/...cators_part_3/
There are a few more articles in the works as well. Hopefully I can grind them out a bit faster.....
