i just bought headsa from D.O.A racing the valves were not shimmed right. it took forever to get a hold of him when i did he blamed me saying i should have had them checked out before installing them<what did i pay him to do? the cams were not the size he said and they are used ,he charged me 275 for the cam upgrades,he also charged me 150 for a shim kit all the shims are used and he didnt shim them anyway.there are some valves so far out the biggest shim a 3.30 is still not big enough when confronted with that he will not respond back. im into him for 2330 and he will not stand behind his work I saved to get something ive wanted for a long time and got nothing but heartache and a loud truck no performance. in my opinion D.O.A stands for dont order anything or dead on arrival

i accidently spent all the big money on DOA's heads and cams and they were absolute junk and had to be completely redone. the $275 cams turned out to be stock.

tim jenkins, a pox on his house, played the part of coward when it came to being confronted with his pathetic workmanship. i could have easily sued him and won but i live in hawaii and would have to be in NC in person to sue. he took 5 weeks to respond to my BBB complaint, and did so with shameless lies.

in the end i lost $2200 to DOA and another $3000 when it had to be all redone.

consider yourself warned!! run by a shameless cowardly crooked idiot!!

i can't say enough bad stuff about this guy. words can't describe. i can only hope to catch him in a dark alley one day, if you know what i mean.

After giving D.O.A racing every oppotunity to take care of my issues i filled a dispute with my discover card they were great they took the charges off right then and there i sent them all emails from D o a racing and pictures of the heads and cams and shims. Tim had a chance to argue but he didnt he contacted me and said i was right and i had money coming back to me i never responded back he lost all his money instead of fixing the problem! funny how fast he responded when they took back the money! Remember this we reap what we sow! my prayers go out to him
