I've heard folks for years say nothing but great things about Engnbldr . I've had great transactions in the past .

.Recently I purchase close to $700 on parts ,everything arrived on time . My problem was when I received my new cylinder head and cam , the cam was preinstalled and someone over torqued one of the bolts for the cam bearings .It was clearly stripped . The others were to spec. I ended up having to pay A machinist to fix it . Ted from Engnblr ,who usually responds to emails right away has not gotten back with me . Its been about A week. Whats the deal? New owners or what?

 

You posted this in the wrong forum. You should have put it in the Customer Feedback For Vendors forum. With threads of this type. You could even have posted your questions in a thread already on this subject.

Just sayin'.

BTW, pretty sure you're jumping the gun on this. It'll work itself out. You just need to give it more time. And/or send another email...or ten.
