i installed my got propane about 8 months ago on my sons 83 toyota, we have been on 4 good rides so far. the 22r is stock besides a header. going up step inclines on the highway it is slow. but once you get in the trails you will love it, does not flood out. this motor was carberated so rather than fuel injection and all that we decided to go with propane. i am building another 22r as we speak and the 4-runner buggy will be propane also. i personal think you will like.

good luck

I have also been tossing around the idea of switching to propane. I think it would be an awesome mod except for having to keep tabs on your when and where to fill up. Other than propane I am more interested in converting to diesel. The problem with that of course is getting an engine and spending the money to swap the motor...

think most of the answers you need will be found on the gotpropane website.
