Anyone know how to bypass the lockouts to keep the locker from being utilized in 2wd or 4 Hi on a 99 Tacoma 4x4 TRD?

Well waskilly that one must be different from my 99 Taco because there is no blue/red wire on mine so i just tried the 3rd from the left like it says and the locker wouldnt even function. Anyone have anything they know will work on a 99 taco?
