Question Tacoma TRD Doublecab Leaf Spring?

I have an '02 doublecab and I was wondering if the the rear leaf springs were different on a TRD equiped truck compared to non TRD doublecab? I rarely have any weight in the back and I'm looking for a softer ride. I have replaced the shocks with a pair of OME. Thanks........

sounds like a deaver 8 pack would be right up your alley for a soft ride...you can't go wrong with them and much better than any AAL IMHO

Totally agree, but if he's on a budget, then I think those would be out of the question.

humainoid - I was just say-ing...

about $500 bucks shipped. AALs don't so much for a softer ride, you gotta spend bucks for that.

Ryan,
I see you're in SD, have you had any experience with National Spring. I'm in East County and was thinking of talking to them.

i just got a set of custom alcans and really like them

3" lift and made for some extra weight in the rear.
i dont mind stiff susp. but im sure they could build something that will fit your needs too.
~500 for everything shipped incl. new bushings and bolts.

No, I haven't even heard of them before. Maybe some other SoCal guys have.
