suspension poping

Question suspension poping

In my 94 4runner when i turn hard or lift one front wheel it makes popping and cracking noise...what is that and how can i fix it.

im a newby so forgive me if this is a repeat question:

i have a 95 and mine makes those crazy popping sounds

bob says it's "mice"

dont worry, it's pretty normal

mine does that too, but mostly just in reverse.

then i tightened the suspension and it stopped for a while, but now its starting to do it again.

also, for the longest time, when i stopped the rear brake on the passenger side made the worst popping grinding straining noise. after i tightened the suspension, that stopped too....i dont know maybe my brake just fell off.

anyway, nasty sound, that is
