Springs

I'm doing an SAS pretty soon and was wondering how much lift rears up front produce and will I need to add a spring or two and what can I get this spring from? Also, can I use the 44044's out back, and how much lift will that give me? or should I go with the chevies? Thanks all...

I used All Pro spring front and rear, and am very pleased with the performance they give me. The fronts are 1.5" longer than stock, rears are 56" long, both flex great. I chose the All Pro's because I didn't want to set up the truck w/ used springs like rears up front, Cheby in the back.
