Shredded a tire this weekend need advice

My BFG Mudders bit the dust this weekend (Cut the sidewall on a sharp piece of Granite) So; I am looking for the tallest tire I can fit w/o cutting too much fenderwell. Looking for someone who has expereiance with a true 33 or 34 tall tire. I do not really need the width; Flea does not play in the mud much...

My truck Specs:

93 PU
IFS
Have not cranked the Torsion bars, nor had I planned on doing so
Slightly trimmed fenderwells
A true 2 inch body lift

Looking at a Interco super swamper LTB-08
Size 34x10.50-16LT
Tread Width 9.25
O.D. 33.6
C.S. 10.7
Rim 16x8

Could this fit with the right backspace rim?

Anyone running these on a 89-94 PU with IFS and a slight body lift?

Oh; and the tire for all you carnage fans. Had to drive it out...

Thank you
As I want a 16 inch tire; will be looking for after market steelies or GM \ Toyota alloys.
I assume a 4 inch backspace for the stock 15 inch Yota rim?

The stock bs on 15" Yota rim is more like 4.5"-4.75"

I currently have 16" Tacoma steelies, from a 2005, and they are a tad over 5" bs, with 255/85 big horns mounted.. Have not had much experience with it all, as the front suspension is still apart...
