rotating the pinion on a solid axle

im puttin 44 outers on a toy solidaxle.i want to rotate the pinion up about 7 deg.im using a ubolt flip also.3 of the ubolts are fine but the pass side close to the diff is the problem.the housing is kinda square here and the ubolt wont work with it rotated.the only option i see is to weld a block on the housing in this area with 2 tapped holes and ditch that ubolt.anyone else got any ideas?

grind it down round?

How tall is your truck going to be? Or are you running dual cases?

not enough material to grind it round or anywhere close to it.no dual cases(wouldnt that give me a better angle?)i just figured if im building a hybrid anyway why not rotate it up to where it should be.i dont want this one ubolt to stop me.
im using skys sas hangers with waggy 4 in springs.ive only seen pix of others with this combo and the height seems to vary but is quite high.the springs are well used but still have quite an arch to them.
surely someone must have rotated thier axle up.

you will have to use a u-bolt shaped like a banana

if you put it in a vice with a long peice of pipe, they are easy enough to bend
