Roasted Ring Gear

So I completely destroyed my front ring gear on my '92 4Runner, and I was hoping to get some info on where I might get a cheap replacement.

It's a Toyota 7.5" IFS with a 4.300 gear ratio. I'm hoping to find a used- good condition ring and pinion for under $100. Any one have any leads?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Enjoy the pictures, they are a great example of what a ring gear shouldn't look like

Try www.car-part.com and look under "carrier." There are quite a few on there and a bunch are under $100.

I'm not really sure, I plowed up a steep hill in 4 Lo, and when I topped it I caught a little front end air. I think some of the teeth were already going and I just finished them off right then.

factory original gears, no locker, never been messed with until it failed. I drive it pretty tough though so I suppose it was inevitable....
