I have heard of problems with the Rancho A-Arms breaking... some have reported alignment Issues. I don't think Rancho even list it in their catalog anymore.

Here is a proven set-up for just 1.5-2" of lift and more wheel travel:
Ball Joint Spacers from SDORI - http://www.sdori.com/
Manual Locking Hubs (if you don't have them)
OME shocks (N98)

If you're gonna go all out on the downey kit, just get a chaos or esb long travel kit. Much sturdier and safer and you will get 12" of real travel.

The downey setup uses slip-yokes which seem weak and are not for use over like 35 mph or soething ridiculous like that.

I think Downey's megatravel bj's in conjunction with a chaos kit would be cool.

Has anyone run the bjspacers with a chaos kit? Just curious
