PLEASE HELP! body lift problem.

I wish I would've known about RB before I ordered performance accessories 2" kit, but it;s too late now. I'll tell about those probs later, butfirst the REAL prob: The cab was easy, but I'm having trouble w/ the bed of the taco. 4 of the 6 body bolts in the bed have bolts w/ the nuts aparently welded inside the bed support ribs. I've gotten them all broken loose, but the more I back them out the harder they get to turn. until they won't turn any more. Just to let you know, I'm really puttin' out some force on these things, but all I get is screaching, like when you first break loose a tight lug nut. I guess I broke the weld holding one of the nuts in place too, b/c now it just spins & spins. I've tried running them back in to clean the threads, I've tried penetrating oil. Nothing works. I guess I'm going to have to cut a slot in the bed rib w/a torch to fit an end wrench inside. the other three meybe heat them up too. Let me know what you think. By the way, w/o cutting holes in the bed ribs, how do you install new nuts for the body bolts? Or should the new bolts fit the old nuts. Please help!

On the Tacoma, there are 4 captive nuts inside the bed, plus 2 bolts that got through like the older pickups. Not sure if you can get any penetrating oil up on the threads, but if you can, try running the bolts back up then down a few times to see if you can loosen up whatever is jamming them up. Likely there is some rust or dirt on the exposed threads.
