Need advice with rear lift

Back in the day when I lifted my 92 truck I went cheap in the rear and bought 4" lift blocks, and the front has the bracket lift (soon to be straight axle) and now I am hating the 4" blocks in the rear and I am going to change it, I was thinking of getting the new all pro leaf springs but I was wondering if there was any other way of lifting it 4" other than a full leaf pack. Like mabey shackle and add a leaf? What are your thoughts. I am swapping it out this weekend and also doing the u bolt lift kit, but just wondering about the lift, help me out lol

Honestly, you're probably not gonna like the shackle+AAL lift any better than the blocks... A ghetto lift (for a lack of a better term) is a ghetto lift.

If you're not comfortable with the moving of the spring hanger for the all pro springs then you could always get a set of Pro Comp 33311 springs (4 inch lift) for the back which will bolt right in place of the stockers without any mods. They're fairly cheap ($108 a piece at Summit Racing) and Pro Comp makes good stuff.

There is a whole sticky thread in your trucks forum section on options.
Look there.

You won't get 4" of lift without new springs and mount relocation other than craptard blocks.
