is my lift complete?

I got my OME lift kit in the mail today and I think it's missing a few parts, maybe you guys can help me out:

1) I didn't get u-bolts, so I know that's their fault
2) I didn't get any bushings to go in the front 'eyes' of the leafs, just the sets that go with the shackles in the rear, should I have gotten another set of bushings?
3) There is no new hardware to use when putting on the new shackles and leafs, am I supposed to use the old hardware or were they supposed to include it?

So, if any of you have experience with the OME kits, I could use some assistance so I can tell them what they forgot to send. I think all the front components are there, so at least something is right.
Thanks

Hi there, you will reuse your factory u-bolts....The bushings you should receive if your ordered the greasable shackles are the SB88's, those are for use with the shackles...The bushings for the front are re-used from the factory springs.

Did you get the kit from me or somewhere else? Either way, I would be happy to help you out in any way I can!
